When not taking photos of pets I am usually taking photos of landscapes and wildlife at sunrise. This image truly depicts me at 5am – no makeup, fizzy hair, standing in water or sinking in mud, just waiting for that ‘moment’ to click the camera. Little bit about me
Over the years my photography has been focused on wildlife and landscaping, both of which I still enjoy.
As far as I can remember my love and passion has always been animals. My mother told me when I was young I was always taking neighbours pets and trying to keep them as my own – at the least the neighbours always knew where their pets were.
I am one of those obsessive and crazy fur baby parents, and have always put our fur babies first before anything – that’s just who I am. My biggest love and joy is when I see fur babies happy, but when our loved and cherished fur babies grow old and leave us a small part of me goes too.
It was a natural progression with my love of animals and passion for photography to specialise in pet photography to capture a pet’s personality, emotion and soul through my camera lens. Then to transfer that moment to artwork for a pet owner to treasure for a lifetime.
This is my passion and feel very fortunate to feel a close connection with and love of animals.
