TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a photo session with Kim Coles Pet Photographer you are agreeing to all the below terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • Home Studio located at Forest Lake, Brisbane or outdoor location as agreed by both photographer and pet owner. Additional travel costs may apply for outdoor locations.
  • Pet owner or person responsible for pet, must restrain any additional pet during photo shoot.
  • Pet owner may participate in photo shoot to achieve the best outcome for photography and experience for pet and owner.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if pet and/or people attending causes disruption and/or harm to property or photographer. No booking fee will be refunded.
  • The photographer shall be entitled to use judgement regarding the style and artistic input into style of photography, and number of images taken.
  • Subject to willingness and behaviour of pet/s on the day it may not be possible to capture all the images requested and/or meet client’s full expectations.
  • Pet owner provides permission for photographer to use images for marketing purposes and may if required use a pet’s name in association with image.
  • All ordered images for print will be stored for 12 months. Other images will be removed two months after appointment date.
  • Artwork available at additional cost.
  • The photographer retains copyright of all images.

Payment

  • Gift vouchers must be purchased in full, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • Special Offers must be purchased in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
  • Booking Sessions/Packages: A 50% deposit fee is required to confirm your session, with full payment required no later than five business days prior to your session.
  • Cancellations – All paid fees will be refunded if notice is provided prior to five business days of appointment. Booking fees are not refunded less than 48 hours’ notice of appointment. This covers the loss of the appointment session and photographer’s time.
  • If outdoor location booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, another time suitable for both client and photographer will be re-booked.
